2. Data We Collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we store directly.

Usage data: We store your saved sessions (betting systems you choose to save), balancing usage counts to enforce plan limits, and OddsSnap credit usage counts.

OddsSnap image data: When you use the OddsSnap feature, the images you compose and submit are transmitted to third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of extracting betting events and odds. These images are not stored by us or retained by the AI provider after processing. We encourage you not to include personal data in the images you submit.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive, store, or have access to your card details. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email is used solely to authenticate your account and send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Images submitted through OddsSnap are used exclusively to provide the extraction service you request. They are transmitted to AI providers in real time and are not stored, analysed for any other purpose, or used to train AI models on our behalf.

4. Data Storage

Your account and usage data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, hosted in Frankfurt (EU). Supabase acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use only technical cookies necessary for authentication (session cookies). These cannot be disabled as they are essential for the service to function. We do not use tracking or profiling cookies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request data portability or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Support page. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Third-Party AI Processors

The OddsSnap feature relies on third-party AI service providers to process images and extract structured data. These providers act as data processors under appropriate contractual terms. Images are transmitted over encrypted connections and are not retained after the processing request is completed. The identity of the AI provider may change over time as we evaluate and update our technology stack; the nature of the processing (real-time extraction, no retention) remains the same regardless of the provider used.

We recommend that you only submit images containing betting odds and event names, and that you avoid including any personal information (such as your bookmaker username, account balance, or personal details) in the images you submit.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.

By creating an account or using OddsOpera, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

OddsOpera is a mathematical tool for calculating hierarchical betting systems. It includes the following features: the core balancing engine, OddsSnap (AI-powered extraction of betting events and odds from images), and Bonus Templates (a community-shared library of bookmaker bonus structures). The service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not place bets on your behalf, we do not have access to any bookmaker, and we do not guarantee any financial result.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using OddsOpera, you confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you comply with all applicable local laws.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

One-time credit packages: In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase one-time packages of balancing credits or OddsSnap credits. These credits do not expire and are not tied to any subscription period. Credits included in a subscription plan reset at each renewal; purchased credits are never affected by subscription changes.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. One-time credit packages are non-refundable once purchased.

6. Free Plan

The free plan includes 3 balancings per week and a maximum of 6 events per system. Limits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.

7. OddsSnap

OddsSnap is a feature that uses third-party AI services to extract betting events and odds from images you provide. Each extraction consumes one OddsSnap credit, regardless of the outcome — including in cases of partial, inaccurate, or failed results.

The accuracy of OddsSnap results depends entirely on the quality and clarity of the images submitted. OddsOpera does not guarantee the correctness of extracted data. You are solely responsible for verifying all extracted information before using it in any betting system. OddsOpera accepts no liability for errors or omissions in OddsSnap results.

By using OddsSnap, you acknowledge that the images you submit are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. You agree not to include personal data in submitted images. You are responsible for ensuring that the images you submit do not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Bonus Templates

OddsOpera provides a community library of bonus templates created and shared by users. OddsOpera does not verify, validate, or endorse any template in the library. Templates may be inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect. You use any template — whether created by you or sourced from the community — entirely at your own risk. OddsOpera accepts no liability for errors in bonus template data or for any financial consequences arising from their use.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the application, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws. You agree not to submit images containing illegal content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.

10. Disclaimer

OddsOpera is a calculation tool. It does not constitute financial advice. Betting involves risk of financial loss. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using the system calculations provided by this service. Use at your own risk.

The calculations provided by OddsOpera are generated by automated algorithms and are intended as decision-support tools only. Results should be independently verified by the user before use. The accuracy of calculations depends on the odds entered by the user. OddsOpera does not guarantee the mathematical correctness of results in all possible edge cases.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsOpera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time directly from the Account page. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account (sessions, usage history, purchased credits) will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

Active subscriptions: If you delete your account while holding an active subscription, the subscription will be cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining period. Purchased credit packages are non-refundable upon account deletion.

13. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
